I aim to teach a rounded hatha yoga practice drawing on my experience and including mindfulness, pranayama (breathing techniques), asana (postures) and relaxation in every class. In each term at least one class will have a restorative focus and any equipment needed such as bolsters will be provided.
Places in each class are limited and students are asked to sign up for a term of classes. This enables effective lesson planning to ensure the needs of all students are met and that the classes are progressive. Although signing up for a term is recommended, and booking for all classes is essential, there will be a drop-in option for the Saturday class as I understand many people have commitments at the weekend and that the requirement to sign up for a full term may prohibit many people from attending class.
As of January 2017 there are no classes currently running.
